Field monitoring of FNT2 devices has got off to a good start, and the results have been encouraging. A substantial number of users across a wide area are now using the devices in real-world conditions. At the same time, our technical team is closely following their experiences and observations from the field.
The main goal of field monitoring has been to ensure that both the devices and the app work as smoothly as possible in actual use. Feedback from a broad range of users indicates that we are heading in the right direction: people have got off to a good start with the devices, and we have received valuable feedback on the app’s usability, screens and suggested improvements.
Feedback directly from testers and end users in the field has been particularly valuable. Real-world situations quickly reveal what works well and where even small changes can make everyday use easier. This feedback helps us develop the solution in the right direction and deliver updates that provide real benefits to users.
We are currently putting the finishing touches to new app features and improvements based on both our own observations and feedback from the field. We aim to release these new features as early as next week.
Thank you to all our testers and users for actively sharing your comments and observations. Feedback from the field is an important part of development and helps us make the app even more effective and easier to use. Let’s keep moving forward together!
