FennTek’s technical team is swapping the office for the forest for a while, and keyboards for hunting gear – at least partly. From 11 to 20 September, we will be testing FNT2 trackers in real hunting situations, where connectivity, batteries and positioning really have to prove themselves.
Even while we are out in the field, app development will certainly not stop. Quite the opposite: from 21 September, we will review user feedback and our own testers’ observations and use them to plan the next app updates.
We would now like all users to share their feedback on the FennTek discussion forum. Tell us:
- What works well
- What still needs fine-tuning
- Whether an important feature is missing
- Whether you have found a function that behaves more stubbornly in the forest than a hound on a fresh trail
We read all feedback and take it into account in development. Users’ experiences are what help us make FennTek a location tracking service that is as clear, reliable and useful as possible.
If we are occasionally a little slow to reply, it may be due to poor reception, hands full of hunting gear or an FNT2 device that has decided to take its tester on a more thorough tour of the terrain than usual. 😉
See you on the discussion forum – and perhaps in the forest too!
